Cheap weekend in La Faute sur Mer

I had an urge that took me like that. A desire to go to the coast to enjoy simple pleasures, like walking barefoot in the sand. I proposed the idea to my partner who was immediately attracted by the idea. So we started looking for a campsite to spend a cheap weekend in La Faute sur Mer.

La Faute sur Mer is a seaside resort that I particularly like. We are by the ocean, with long stretches of sandy beach, but we are also very close to the Marais Poitevin. In addition, the nature reserve is a great place to go for a walk, as are the cycle paths all around.

The geographical position having been decided, it remains for us to fix a point of fall to spend a small sympathetic and not expensive weekend in La Faute sur Mer. After looking at some campsite websites, we went to compare the reviews on the specialist websites. So yes, it’s true, a weekend is fast, but we might as well spend a short time in a place we like, rather than being disappointed by rushing.

As a result, we’ve scoured everything and we’ve just found the perfect place. We have just booked online at Camping Les Violettes. The location is fabulous: at the foot of the Belle-Henriette lagoon and 800 metres from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Vendée. They even have a page dedicated to weekends with really cheap rates. So that’s it, we just have to prepare our suitcase to spend our next weekend in La Faute sur Mer. And who knows, maybe we’ll go back this summer with our friends.
